职位描述:
"1, Enablement of strategic suppliers in the region related to the category strategy (selection, classification, supplier
development, supplier release)"
"2, Performs technology assessment of existing suppliers identified by Global Category Manager (to define and execute
improvements points, based on technical aspects)"
"3, Supports Global SDE from Category and SQD from receiving plant location for the final approval (joint audit with Global
SDE and/or SQD, based on VDA6.3 and/or PSA) of new supplier in the category, for the first project released."
4, Supports the responsible SQD from the receiving plant location for the approval of the first PPAP part, for the new source in the region.
"5, Lead function for strategic category supplier development activities in the region:
- Establish measures and timeline for the suppliers to be developed together with the SQDs and ensure consistent
execution of actions (monitoring and tracking)"
6, Evaluates, defines and drives implementation of improvement measures regarding their impact on quality, cost reductions and realization of results with suppliers that are key for the category strategy in the region.
"7, Ensures execution of optimization projects with suppliers that are key for the category strategy in the region aiming to
reduce rejects and rework"
8, Aligns actions with the Global SDE
9, Supports Global SDE for the quality related task-force activities, for critical suppliers (e.g. PAVE 3 suppliers), in the region
10, For suppliers located in the SDE region, but delivering to Knorr-Bremse receiving location outside the region only. The Region SDE is responsible for the SQDs tasks from this supplier, according to SQD Position Description.
