职位描述：
JOB SUMMARY
Assist in the accounting procedure related to accounting booking, reconciliation and filing. Process documentation, maintain update records and produce relevant reports. Assist the Finance Manager, China, on financial analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
? Responsible for full set accounts including general ledger accounting, vouchers, accounts reconciliation, accruals and inventory… etc.
? In charge of reviewing payment process to third party and make sure correct and reasonable payment with sufficient supporting documents
? Prepare monthly reporting, ensure timely closing and deliver accurate internal and external financial reports in compliance with the Group and statutory requirements
? Maintain fixed assets register including calculation of depreciation
? Liaise with tax agent to handle computation of respective PRC taxes and arrange tax payment on time
? Work closely with banks to ensure that transfers are processed in a timely manner. Ensure bank daily positions and cash flow projections are accurately reflected and reported
? Assist in annual statutory audit, provide respective information and ensure information given are true and accurate
? Maintain petty cash flow and records
? Sales audit
? Verify VAT invoice on monthly basis
? Withholding tax filing
? Other ad hoc projects upon necessary

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
? Bachelor or higher degree in Accounting, with Accountant Qualification
? 2-5 years solid accounting experience, preferably in retail industry and in a multinational company
? Experienced in filing tax returns
