职位描述：
Job Description:
1. To manage the Finance department for China
2. To manage the risks, control the costs (both operation costs and general expenses), optimize the allocation of resources and ensure statutory compliance
3. To manage the China Accounting team and review day to day operations including but not limited to General Ledger, AP, AR, cash management, finance controlling, reporting etc.
4. To prepare annual budgets exercises and review financial statements and variance management reporting on business performance
5. To responsible for the company's tax declaration & annual survey
6. Establish and maintain excellent relationship with internal & external auditors, banks, clients financial representatives, tax representatives and other actors
7. Arrange and ensure the completion of annual financial audit
8. Handle Foreign Exchange transactions, Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees
9. Support all financial matters for the business decisions by providing financial reports, management accounting and consolidation reports
10. To take up any additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs

Personal Qualifications/Experience:

Proven work experience and expertise in financial management and corporate accounting with minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar
position
Knowledge of IFRS rules, familiar with national and local China
Strong budgeting, forecasting and/or reporting knowledge and experience
Solid management skills
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Leadership and organizing ability
Driving force
Commercial thinking
Proactive and detailed orientated
Good team player worked with the Management team
Independent and self-driven
