岗位职责:
1. 渠道拓展:制定全国渠道拓展计划,并监督区域渠道人员完成渠道拓展目标;
2.协助渠道推广费用的审核以及效果监控管理,有效控制各个区域推广费用的使用进度,审核并确保投放合理有效,及时发出费用使用预警;
3.参与渠道推广策略拟订,并协助制定年度季度推广计划,以及不同阶段以及新产品的大型促销活动或专项促销方案;
4.负责推动推广方法的优化和培训,指导各区域推广负责人有效培训经销商队伍;
5. 参与推广宣传资料和促销物资的策划、选择,并参与竞标确定,以及相关促销物资的分配计划拟定、制作与发放,监控与清理等;
6.协助区域核心店支持的审批以及相关支持物料的制作、发放管理等。
任职要求:
1.大学本科以上学历,具有市场营销、产品管理等专业知识;
2.三年以上知名家电企业零售行业工作经验(有中央空调渠道管理及拓展经验者优先);
3.良好的沟通能力和创新能力,学习意识和团队意识,认同企业文化,忠诚度高。
