Responsibilities:
- Management of core financial functions: accounting, controlling, treasury, risk controlling, internal reporting
- Creation, coordination and evaluation of financial programs and supporting information systems of the BU
- Monitor and coordinate local budgeting process
- Support profitable growth business
- Optimizing processes and finding efficient, cost-effective solutions in line with global policies in the areas: contract administration, procurement, facility management
- Management of back office operation
- Act as IT business partner for the BU (Interface IT – Biz)
- Support Group project, OPEX as required
- Implement standardized compliance actives to align with Regional and Group Compliance requirements.
- Leverage internal or external advisors on legal and compliance regulations and matters .
- Maintains a comprehensive and timely reporting on compliance risk and standards implementation, internal and external.
- Leverage internal or external advisers on legal and compliance regulations and matters .
Requirements:
- Experience in Big 4 Audit Firm with at least 1 year manager level.
- Experience in commercial company at financial industry, insurance industry is preferred.
- Business Expertise
? Know-how of finance best practices
? Proven, in-depth know-how in one core finance area (accounting, actuarial, investment, etc)
? Analytical thinker

- Interpersonal Skills
? Strong problem solving skill
? Ability to manage a Team
? Ability to interact within the Regional Team
? Strong knowledge of Local financial requirements and regulations
