职位描述
JOB OBJECTIVES:
Pursue sales leads and achieve the personal sales objectives with the product range of the assigned products in the assigned district. In addition, support business development and customer management by initially identifying potential customers, provision of updated market intelligence to supervisor/team, coordination with customer services/logistics personnel where necessary, assistance in product promotion, etc.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Promote PU as a preferable material for insulation;
2. Explore business options in Spray insulation, , Roof insulation, Exterior wall insulation..;
3. Develop and maintain direct relationship with key construction customers, real estate developers, government authorities, design institutions...;
4. Develop new distributors and build the regulation system of distributor management
5. Support distributor to bid for project;
6. Analysis domestic competitors and give out actions plan accordingly
7. Support technical seminar and exhibition;
8. Pursue aggressive growth targets by promoting company brand and developing new business opportunities.
9. Focus on North China sales development
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Civil Engineering, or Chemistry subjects;
2. Over 2-5 years sales and marketing experience in building materials business; Preferable to have good knowledge in PU, XPS, EIFS, EPS or other insulation related materials.
3. Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin.
4. Distributor channel management experience is preferred
5. Good contact with project owners, developers, design institutions, architects, Government ...and able to do follow up with them until project finalization;
6. Good experience in preparing of bidding - project base - documents;
