职位描述：
1、熟悉、制定天猫国际运营流程和规则，指导协调各部门的工作，统筹天猫店铺整体运营；
2、负责网店日常管理和运营，保证网店的正常运作，优化店铺及商品排名；
3、协同美工负责商城整体规划风格设计，网店产品设计页面、店铺整体设计页面的优化建议和方案；
4、负责执行与配合公司相关营销活动，策划店铺促销活动方案；
5、负责收集市场和行业信息，提供有效应对方案；
6、客户关系维护，处理相关客户投诉及纠纷问题，针对顾客、市场、购买过程中的问题，及时调整。
任职要求：
1、3年以上网店管理工作经验，大学专科及以上学历；熟悉高端美妆护肤品行业，有相关行业工作经验者优先考虑；
2、熟悉天猫国际等网店平台操作及推广模式；并能制定相关的计划,能独立完成天猫国际商城的产品管理流程；较强的数据分析能力；
3、熟悉电子商务平台特别是天猫商城的操作和其各种营销工具的使用，提高店铺点击率和浏览量，完成店铺销售目标；
4、能根据天猫市场不定期策划天猫商城营销活动，及策划相应活动的广告；
5、有良好的执行力、学习能力和沟通能力；
6、有一定的团队管理经验，可以充分调动员工积极性和创造性，提高效率；
7、性格开朗，责任心强，为人诚信正直，有耐心；
