We are looking for talented test engineers with experience in audio/voice testing, with strong interest in learning new technologies, working together with global teams on audio/voice testing for internal, customer and competitors devices, testing audio/voice technologies for Qualcomm Mobile/Voice & Music (V&M)/IoT product lines, such as VR, Smart Speaker, Robotics.

Responsibility
As an Audio/Voice Test Engineer, working scope includes:
Be responsible for requirement analysis, feature study & testing, bug root cause analyzing & tracking, and reporting of Qualcomm multiple projects targeting at local and oversea customers.
Be responsible for testing covers basic audio/voice feature, advance user case, performance, stability, user experience and so on.
Automation deployment, tools development for test quality and efficiency improvement
Support on lab test environment setup for different functional, performance and quality test purpose
-Research and self-motivation for new test method/tool/strategy exploration and initiatives.

Skills/Experience
5+ years of audio/voice and Android platform testing experience
Master's degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience required
Experience and knowledge of voice and audio codecs (AMR, EVRC, AAC, Dolby AC3), audio post-processing, multi-microphone noise cancellation, and voice activation technologies
Experience and knowledge of related areas including USB Audio, ANC (Active Noise Cancellation), mixed-signal audio (DAC, ADC, amplifiers)
Basic understanding of 4G/VR technologies is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English
