As PCA worldwide product quality focus, you will
?Provide technical consulting and feedback to help improve overall PCA manufacturability and testability
?Technical consulting support for initial PCA production issues during ramp
?Drive PCA DDPM level to meet 5 sigma requirement in the factory
?Define the root cause and implement the resolution for customer field issues.
?Provide feedback to design teams to implement improvements on future designsYou will be PCA focal point for broader laserJet organization.
?Hold ER for assigned PCA programs.
?Provide technical consulting support to Delta/transition team/AI/Swat/QPM/Tech Marketing/
?Support broad cross functional technical escalations
?Technical assistance for system level issues (i.e.; HW, FW and test interaction)
?Escalation support on PCA product related supply chain technical issues
?Consulting support on early product/system supply chain turn-on failure analysis
?Facilitate regional product level PCA DFM feedback from the regions
?Technical support to improve failure analysis at each manufacturing node
?Consulting support to the Singapore engineering team after release to manufacturing on escalation issues
Education and Experience Required:
?Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
?Typically 0-1years experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
?Previous working experience on PCA/PC motherboard is preferred, ability to understand PCA schematics for subsequent troubleshooting is required. FPGA design or application experience desired.
?Experience working either in an ODM/CM environment, or managing the ODM/CM is advantageous.
?Understanding of thermal and electromagnetic properties of materials and managing emissions.
?Understanding of design for electronic components, integrated circuitry, and algorithms.
?Had new product ramp experience is preferred
?Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
?Good Excel, Word, Powerpoint knowledge. Plotting charts and diagrams, creating powerpoint for issue updates and writing procedural documents.
?Good level of English (written and spoken) desired.
