3) Deliver good quality of reports and integrated working papers to Manager and Partner向经理和合伙人提交高质量的报告和整合的工作底稿
4) Review the work of and frequently coach the Junior Associates to ensure fast team development 审阅下属员工的工作，随时培养下级以确保团队的迅速成长
5) Complete other tasks assigned from Manager and Partner完成其他经理和合伙人分派的工作
