Job Title:
ERP/CRM Application Administrator

General Job Description:
The ERP Administrator’s role is responsible for managing and resolving all technical issues with NetSuite ERP/CRM system. This includes configuration, patches, upgrades, and maintenance as well as day-to-day end user support and training. He/ She is required to work extensively with Accounting, Sales, After Sales & Service, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Marketing Departments to evaluate business needs and plan to meet them. Provide monthly and daily reports to departments as needed, both ad-hoc or regular.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
? Daily management and support on NetSuite ERP system, by planning, installing, configuring and testing
? Create and update functional specifications by conferring with users and vendors then develop, test, evaluate and install system enhancements;
? Provide training programs and reference materials; supports user requests for assistance with NetSuite;
? Ensure system security by restricting access, establish disaster recovery procedures, complet backups and monitoring usage;
? Gather requirements and develop implementation plan to meet user or company needs;
? Propose recommendations for NetSuite ERP / CRM optimization and help business departments to achieve best working mode;
? Oversee projects related to NetSuite ERP/CRM products;
? Cooperate within key business users to implement ERP/CRM Project for IQAir China;

Qualification for the Job:
? Bachelor degree on computer sciences or business administration;
? Experience with project management and scheduling;
? Experience with new ERP project implementation or related project deployment;
? Knowledge of network maintenance, ERP implementation and software testing;
? Knowledge of computer industry systems, products and practices;
? Proven ability to maintain the confidentiality of business related information;
? Highly organized, accurate and precise in work functions;
? Good spoken Chinese and English, be presentable;
? Team Player.
