汽车行业 Sustaining Supervisor产品工程师主管/工程主管
SUMMARY: Extending of CMC RD role in plant. Manage daily work of SE team in plant. Promptly escalate urgent issues to CMC, early involve and support PE team for developing project. Support VAVE events in plant from engineering side. Support quality department to solve the warranty issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Extending of CMC project engineering role in plant, engineering link between CMC and plant.
2. Manage daily work of SE team, provide technical direction to team member.
3. Make training plan for SE team, responsible to establish and maintain excellent and unity SE team in plant.
4. Responsible for TRI elimination for SOP projects. Weekly update and report TRI status to engineer manager.
5. Support VAVE engineer to lead VA activity in plant for launch projects
6. Weekly update and report VAVE status to engineer manager.
7. Weekly update and report warranty, 0 kilometer, and internal issue status to engineering manager.
8. Promptly escalate batch issues to CMC which happening at Inalfa production line, 0 Kilometer and warranty.
9. Support quality department to solve the warranty issues. Responsible for warranty engineer list maintenance.
10. Establish L&L, one page database in plant and output good L&L to SME&PE.
11. Early involve and support PE team for developing project in plant start from DV sample build event, initial analyze engineering related issues during developing.
12. Cooperation with other departments in plant during daily work.
13. Undertake other tasks required form management.

-Bachelor's degree or above in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
-More than 5 years working experience with automobile industry.
-Experience with vehicle moving parts. (Preferred; Sunroof Systems, Power Window Systems, Wiper systems, Door systems)
- Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, IATF16949 and relative tools (Fish bone chart, 8D, etc.)
- Familiar with automobile production and plant process/procedure
- Good skills with problem solving
- Good communication skills with English and Chinese
- Good relationship ability, can deal with cross function task
- Good pressure management
