Position: Service Planning

Division/Department: Volkswagen China Passenger Cars Brand

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

? This position ensures sustainability and further development of service operations of VW brand in China with the focus on service planning, marketing and sales and implementation of service processes and standards in line with Aftersales Strategy 2025. It contributes to overall business result by improving service performance, rolling out of service marketing programs and projects in the framework of VW brand regionalization strategy. It manages market implementation of aftersales projects in close cooperation with VW entities on the OEM and retail level to increase profitability, customer satisfaction and market exploitation and successfully develop aftersales business.

? Being a central brand role this position is responsible for internal efficiency measures to achieve synergies between projects and cross functions within the relevant departments and business partners to support all entities overlapping projects from Aftersales perspective. It performs analysis of major aftersales KPIs and works out and further develops performance oriented steering measures and tools in aftersales in cooperation with network department. This position is in charge of establishing and maintaining of service standards, performing regular retail workshop integrity checks and bears responsibility for implementation of countermeasures.

? Ensure VW Aftersales in VW ecosystem in China

Our Requirements:

? Graduate degree or above in business administration or similar

? 5-7 years

? Experience in automotive industry, esp. in aftersales area

? Data analysis and management

? Project management

? Good communication skills

? Experience in multinational environment

? Flexibility

? Fluent in Chinese or English

? German is an advantage

? Proficient in MS Office

? Competency required on Volkswagen MK level

? Strategic and structured thinking

? Result orientation

? Taking responsibility

? Customer orientation

? Communication and negotiation
