岗位职责:

对全院的建筑设施，空调系统负责
处理医院日常运作期间的持续性工作
在非日班工作期间负责整个部门的组织、协调工作
制定设备维修方案和维护保养的主计划及回顾和更新设备管理文件
协助上级经理制定建筑物基础构造和公共设施预防性/预见性维护保养计划，确保符合法定要求及健康、安全和环境的相关规定
指导工程团队高效并且安全地执行设备维护维修工作，监督并控制日常运作，同时制定或更新设备备品备件的安全库存，协助管理库存系统
基于公司的SHE 相关政策和程序，确保关于员工和设施的事故立即向有关部门汇报

Primary Duties-
日常巡视；
协调日常维修；
控制水、电、蒸汽、空调、医疗气体的日常供应；
非日班工作时间部门的组织、协调工作；
紧急事件的第一时间处理工作。
Other Duties Performed-

任职资格:

机械工程相关专业，暖通空调、电气专业优先
3年以上制药或电子半导体企业或总部或研发中心设施维护维修管理或相关工作经验
三年领导工作经验。
