职位描述：
作为JJC理化实验室的小组成员，对该类产品中所在实验室范围内涉及到的有关事务负责。具体包括如下：Be responsible for raw materials of JJC products, detailed responsibility is as follows:
1. 负责JJC产品原材料标准的复核，原材料的取样留样，供应商质量证书的复核，原材料的测试分析、数据记录/复核、按SAP系统设定的期限及时释放经复核测试合格的材料并及时向QC资深工程师汇报OOS/OOT的情况。
Be responsible for related JJC chemical RM specification review, material sampling and retaining, supplier COA check, RM analysis, data recording and checking, release approved material and product in SAP system. Report OOS/OOT QC analytical Staff Engineer.
2 负责JJC有关产品的原料的减少测试的评价，并起草/复核减少测试报告，经批准后，按减少测试方案进行测试。
Be responsible for reduced testing program assessment to JJC related material and prepare related reduced testing report for approval. Conduct reduced testing program as per approved report.
3 协助QA、SMP对有关产品的开发工作，包括更换原料(试验原料)、验证测试等工作。
Support QA franchise and SMP in NPD work, including experiment material testing, material localization, process validation etc.
4 协助QA对相关合同制造商提供实验室分析/测试技术的支持及服务。
Support QA to provide Lab analysis/testing technical service to TPM.
5 协助QC analytical Staff Engineer对液体类产品有关的实验室活动（包括有关质量文件记录的复核、修改、起草等）进行GMP/GLP符合性的监控，并及时纠正、处理、汇报有违反GMP/GLP的情况。及时了解政府部门、强生总部等有关政策，并按WWSP, QSP,SOP、TM等的质量程序文件遵照实施。确保在各类审核中（内部，MAARS，ISO2000，政府部门审核）无有关不符合出现。
Support QC analytical Staff Engineer to maintain Lab GLP activity. Understand J&J WW, QCS and China government policy/requirement, strictly follow WWSP,QSP,SOP and TM. Ensure no critical issue during internal audit, QCS, ISO2000 and government audit.
6 协助QC analytical Staff Engineer对有关仪器设备的IQ、OQ、PQ等工作，包括该设备的操作规程等的制定/修改等。
Support QC analytical Staff Engineer to complete the IQ, OQ and PQ of pertaining instrument, draft and revise instrument SOP.
7 负责产品和原料的实验记录和文件的归档工作。
Be responsible for documentation for related Lab record and file.
8 按时准确完成工作月报。
Draft monthly report timely.
9 协助完成实验室经理及QC analytical Staff Engineer安排的其它工作。
Other activity arranged by Lab manager or QC analytical Staff Engineer.
