Job title : IMS (Inalfa Manufacturing System) Manager
Scope:
? Inalfa Manufacturing System Regional Ambassador. Performs IMS audits to plants in China region. Makes sure system is understood and is able to train people in the plants. Consolidates regional results and ensures global alignment. Organizes workshops to aim improvements in score specific issues. Makes sure best practices are documented and shared between regions.
o Cooperation with Plant Managers and Ops management regional and global.
? Lead role and role model of the Inalfa Manufacturing System.
1. Decides and determines agenda, schedule and priorities for each plant.
2. Applies his industrial, operational and production know how into the system application.
3. Demonstrates active network of internal and external contacts.
4. Gathers and shares strategic information.
5. Builds links to develop organizational networks.
6. Coaches the different departments in specific IMS topic utilization and deployment.
Team structure
Reports to: Sr. Manager, Operational Excellence
Complies with annual IMS audit global plan, consolidates results, prepares executive summaries, communicates results, plans improvements, coaches teams.
Specific Requirements
? Educational level / Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
? Very strong management skills are required. Additional education in Business Administration therefore is a strong plus.
? Experience in production and plant operative systems >3 years.
? Senior Program Management professional with international experience. Preferably within a matrix organization.
? Automotive experience is a strong must.
Functional Competences and skills
? Extensive experience with production and operational systems.
? International mind set.
? Excellent stakeholder management skills are required
? Excellent interpersonal and people skills
? The ability to challenge current practices
? A flexible approach in order to achieve business goals
? An understanding of wider business issues
? A very strong "Customer First" mind-set
? Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
? Based in Inalfa China headquarter in Shanghai Jin Qiao
? Travel is required (25-50%).
