【职位名称】高级风险管理分析（信用控制或AR管理）-6个月

【工作职责】

1.负责监督、审核和批准亚太地区PMT和UOP新客户信贷申请的信用额度;推荐业务最合适的付款期限;

2.定期对现有客户进行信用评估;

3.与收集团队合作，了解业务特殊要求，并提出适当的信用建议;向企业提供多元化的客户新闻;

4.支持业务完成延长付款期限要求;

5.与第三方信用机构合作，跟进发票开具，及时安排付款;

6.与全球风险团队合作，支持流程改进;

7.从PMT APAC信贷经理分配的其他职责和任务

【职位要求】

1.本科或以上学历，会计/财务相关专业，熟悉财务报表

2.至少3年的信用控制和AR管理工作经验

3.结果和团队导向，积极主动，具有良好的组织能力和在时间约束下处理多项任务的能力;

4.良好的沟通技巧，人际关系。能够在媒体下工作

5.为人正直，团队合作，注重承诺

6.较强的解决问题和沟通技巧;

7.有微软办公产品经验:Excel,Word,Outlook等;

8.SAP系统使用经验

9.英语流利

【工作时间】

周末双休，8小时工作制

【食宿情况】

不提供吃住，有伙食补贴

【薪酬福利】

1.12-15k / 月

Job Description:

1.Oversee, review and approve credit limit for new customer credit application for PMT AM and UOP in Asia Pacific; Recommend business the most appropriate payment term;

2. Periodically perform credit evaluation for existing customers;

3.Work with collection team to understand business special requirements and propose proper credit recommendations; deliver diversified customer news to business;

4.Support business to complete the extend payment term request

5.Collaborate with third party credit agency, follow up the invoice issuance and arrange the payment to agency timely;

6.Work with global risk team to support process improvements;

7.Other duties and tasks assigned from PMT APAC credit manager.

Request：

1.Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting/Finance related area, familiar with financial statements

2.At least 3 years of working experience in credit control and AR management

3.Result and team oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under time constraints;

4.Good communication skill, interpersonal effectiveness. Be able to work under press

5.Be integrity and team work and commitment oriented

6.Strong problem solving and communication skills;

7.Experience with Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.;

8.Knowledge of SAP highly desirable;

9.Fluent in English

Work hour: Eight-hour shift

Board and lodging: Not provided

Salary welfare:

1. Before-tax salary: 12-15k / month

2. 5 insurances + company full commercial supplementary medical insurance for employees (90% for medical expenses)

Notes:

The position requires a third party labor contract with MP, and the service term is tentatively fixed for 6 months.
