主要职责：
利用公司内部和外部的客户信息资源，积极与客户进行电话沟通。根据公司要求完成制定的电话营销计划，达成相关业绩指标：

1、负责公司电话营销工作，加强公司与客户的联系，加深客户对哈希公司的认知与认可；

2、通过与客户的有效电话沟通，建立并完善客户的信息档案，扩大有效客户数据库

3、通过电话关怀方式，及时了解客户需求及各种意见，提交公司相关负责同事处理，提高客户满意度

4、通过与客户电话沟通，积极挖掘客户的潜在购买机会，提供更多销售信息

5、根据业务需要开展各种专题客户电话调研或专题电话营销活动,并提供专题分析报告

职位要求：

1、具有一定的理工科学历或工作背景，化学背景为佳
2、有良好的电话营销和客户开发技巧。具有电话销售或电话客服实践经验者优先
3、具备良好的人际沟通能力及语言表达能力
4、能够承受电话营销的压力，不怕挫折
5、口齿清晰、开朗自信,富有亲和力
6、良好的客户服务意识
7、能够熟练使用常用办公软件
