职位描述：
? 5 years hand-on experience is required, with the ability to configure networking equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
? Expert understanding of networking technology (Switches; Routers; Firewalls). Experience with SD-WAN, hands on experience with router, switch and firewall.
? Ability to solve complex system problems quickly with little technical guidance, and develop automated corrective measures.
? Senior-level expertise in Microsoft Server (Windows 2012, Windows 2008 R2), DNS, DHCP, Office 365, Skype for business, endpoint protection and system security practices.
? Able to perform network and system assessments and security audits. Participate in the administration and maintenance of the remote monitoring and management system: update agent scripts, respond to alerts, monitor dashboard, and periodic system review.
? Able to deploy and troubleshoot AVAYA VoIP and Polycom video conferencing system.
? Able to analyze problem with limited information， provide results and recommendations to management for review.
? Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure.
? Skills in risk forecasting, capability planning, analyzing security events, as well as preparing the corresponding documentation.
? Excellent English skill, strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills; capable of interfacing with all levels of colleague, project manager, helpdesk team, and other technical and operation departments. Able to work with colleagues in different time zone.
? Positive and aggressive personality, able to work under minimal management and flexible (quick development) environment, has good self-management and time management skill.
? Quick learner, willing to study new things, can do sprint and face difficult situation.
? Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fields.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
? Install, configure, update, and maintain network devices in large-complex environment for BeiGene.
? Manage multiple sites’ network infrastructure devices in a large-complex environment with multiple WAN connection. Work with US core team to implement projects.
? Monitor networking equipment and maintain activity logs via syslog tools or similar tool.
? Document systems and network infrastructure in various written formats (VISIO, MS Project, Excel, etc.). Ensures corresponding documentation is accurate and maintained.
? Solve network problem and optimize network performance with US team and external vendors.
? Implement complex hardware deployments, software upgrades, and significant projects.
? Perform Tier II-III problem management, risk assessment, and solutions.
? Review and analyze daily reports and prepares periodic reports for network status and baseline performance; researches, identifies, and analyzes trends of utilization and errors.
