Responsibilities and authorities:

1. Responsible to produce and document high quality software products from inception to delivery;

2. Perform analysis, design, verification, demonstration and maintenance of these products in a process driven, team environment;

3. Actively involved in the establishment and development of software design environment;

4. Supports sales, services, product deployment and product management with complicated technical issues;

5. Produces and/or reviews product architecture documents and high level design documentation.

Skill/Qualification Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, information technology or related area;

2. Excellent knowledge in JAVA/J2EE;

3. Excellent knowledge in OOA/D, and competent in UML and design patterns;

4. - Excellent Knowledge in Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA;

5. - Familiar with at least one Java Web Framework like Struts/Spring MVC/JSF, JSF is preferred;

6. - Familiar with Linux Shell Scripting;

7. - Familiar with database like PostgreSQL/Oracle;

8. - Familiar with the popular source code management tools like Git/Subversion;

9. - Familiar with Agile/Scrum development process;

10. A good team player with strong willingness to support team members;

11. Fluent in written and oral English communication.
