Position: Process & System Expert (6-month contract)

Division/Department: Purchasing

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

? Responsible for the implementation and support of purchasing systems

? Designing and re-designing existing purchasing processes in productive and non-productive purchasing

? Key contact person to Group Headquarter and to China entities regarding purchasing systems

? Support the international process optimization program (iPOP) within in China

? Ad-hoc tasks in accordance to the abilities of job position holder

Your Responsibilities:

? Responsible for the implementation and support of purchasing systems in region China

? Key contact person to Group Headquarter and to China entities regarding purchasing systems

? Support the international process optimization program (iPOP) within in China

Our Requirements:

? Demonstrate flexibility, reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality

? Proven organizational skills to manage a busy, fast paced operation

? Excellent analytical skills

? Project management experience

? Ability and maturity to solve problems independently

? High attention to detail and accuracy

? Ability to handle priorities

? Ability to handle the complexity of interfaces globally

? Ability to build solid working relationships with all departments and numerous outside contacts

? Customer oriented

? At least 5 to 8 years of working experience in a multinational automobile company

? At least 5 years of working experience in Purchasing or IT (knowledge to the WOB entity & work processes)
