职位描述：
Principal responsibilities

- Develop research projects covering a wide range of areas including brand proposition, market and competitor analysis, functions and sectors
- Promote the use of market research intelligence for the formulation of marketing plans and marketing strategies
- Assist overall planning process that drives marketing initiatives, with involvement and participation from function, sector and regional marketing team to derive marketing plans that support global and local targets and objectives
- Support the planning and execution of the marketing campaigns
- Deploy the marketing planning framework consistently across the function and developing a range of tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Develop, complete and update of marketing rolling plans and monthly review
- Ongoing evaluation of plans and budgets to ensure the resources required are in place and that marketing and business lines are in line with the overall framework
- Responsible for marketing campaign management in terms of cost and return consolidation
 
 Qualifications

- University degree in Business administration, marketing, communications or a related discipline
- 1-2 years' experience in research or marketing is a plus
- Strong business acumen with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong self-motivation and result-oriented, with creativity and the ability to work under pressure and in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Can work both independently and as a team player, both at a strategically and tactical level
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, inter personal and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, both verbal and written
