Responsibilities
工作职责：
Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
制订市场沟通计划包括战略、目标、预算和计划；
Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media
制订媒体关系战略，发布高水准的印刷、传播和社交媒体；
Coordinate all public relations activities
协调各种公关活动；
Coordinate with Social Media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media
协调社交媒体团队通过传统和新媒体吸引受众；
Leverage existing media relations and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
在商业和行业媒体上，在维持现有媒体关系和拓展新业务联系之间的平衡；
Manage media inquiries and interview request
管理媒体问询和面谈请求；
Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
创作媒体新闻稿，软文和主旨演讲等内容；
Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a monthly basis
按月监控，分析和和沟通公关工作结果；
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis
负责合作伙伴、赞助和广告商机的日常评估；
Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
与意见领袖建立良好关系以提升行业知名度；
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations
维持敏锐感觉，了解行业趋势对客户的影响，并做出相应的建议；

Requirements
任职要求：
Proven working experience in public relations required
有出色的公关工作经验；
Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level
在全国和本区域范围内均有规划和执行成功公关活动的良好记录；
Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets
和全国和本区域的商业和行业媒体平台上具有良好的关系；
Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews
有作为公司发言人的经验，在广播电视和平面媒体面谈中自然得体，技能出色；
Exceptional writing and editing skills in Mandarin
出色的中文写作和编辑经验；
Solid experience with social media including Weibo, WeChat, etc.
具有微博和微信等的出色社交媒体经验。
