职位描述：
-MISSION:
The R&D Assistant supports the country R&D department to ensure the establishment, publication, management and storage of raw material and finish product specifications both for internal and external use through constant collaboration with the R&D category managers.
Cooperating with TQM in ensuring the development of the ingredient lists for existing and new products as well as controlling the respect of the food law and food safety requirement.
Ensure the IP protection of sensible information.

- KEY TASKS:
? Establish and maintenance of all raw material and packaging material TDS
? Daily collaboration with the R&D mangers in order to maintain update TDS
? Daily collaboration with all the departments (R&D – Purchasing -Marketing– QM - Production – Planning -Finance- CDC) to validate a new material.
? Daily collaboration with QM mangers in order to ensure full respect of food law and food safety related to ingredients.
? Internal auditor of the quality system.
? R&D material sourcing and purchasing.
? As the backup for the sensorial tests.
? Support R&D daily admin to the head of R&D department.

? Experience on QM (food raw material control) or R&D is preferred.
