Responsibilities
1. Oversee day-to-day operations & direct the operations to achieve objectives
2. Provide monthly KPI report to management level
3. Manage supplier including broker, agencies, sub-contractors
4. Co-ordinate with overseas operations to maintain operational and commercial parity
5. Maintain effective communications with subordinates, in-country management, the warehouse team, sales and customer service teams
6.Ensure proper compliance and adherence to Export /Import Administration & Customs Regulations.
7.Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management
Requirements – Skills, Knowledge, Abilities
1.High school diploma minimum; preferably a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or transportation
2.Excellent human relations skills to be able to work effectively with all members of the logistics team, getting them to perform optimally
3.Strong knowledge of logistics management for efficient service delivery
4.Good communication skills.
5.English & Chinese requested. Italian language skills important,
6.Multitasking skills & attention to detail
