Job Descriptions
This position requires fluent English speaking and writing skills (6 or above)(本职位要求英文六级以上)
1、Follow guidance provided from senior management, assist the company’s leadership in setting goals and executing plans, supervise staff members to accomplished jobs assigned.
2、Based on the company’s business development objectives, develop human resource and facilities for the company’s headquarter and subsidiaries. Evaluate and rationalize company’s organizational structure on a regular basis, including job responsibilities and job descriptions at various levels.
3、Assist company’s management teams in optimizing human resource capacity and administration policies for headquarter and subsidiaries. Provide a speedy HR and admin support to business, while maintaining quality and company’s policies compliance.
4、Conduct HR and administration management, execute the job assignment, project management, and quality control based on business goals and execution plans.
5、Communicate to employees on HR/administration related policies/regulations to ensure employees understand and comply with company’s policies and requirements of various kinds.
6、Collect requirements related with HR/Admin matters within the company. Evaluate data collected, develop plans and drive the execution to improve the quality of the HR/Admin services to the organization in a timely manner
7、Provide, on a regular/ need basis, reports analyzing HR and administration practice and issues within the company. Make documented suggestions to management at various levels.
8、Responsible in company’s public relations, arranging or assisting events that company organizes or sponsors, as well as taking responsibility of guest hosting of various kinds.
9、Manage HR/admin team and activities, provide guidance to the team and conduct performance evaluation for team members.
Qualification and Skills Required
1、Fluent oral and written English (6 or above)
2、Bachelor or Master degree majored in human resources or laws
3、10+ years experience in HR or admin areas, 6 years+ experience in HR or admin management at a company of 500+ employees.
4、Familiar with labor laws and related governmental regulations
5、Experienced with HR management and practice, including corporate organization chart development, strategic planning in human resource, talent discovery and retention, salary and rewards, performance appraisal, job training, and employees’ career planning.
6、Experienced with daily administration practice and management in a corporate environment
7、Excellent communications skills, professional, proactive, devoted to the work and a team player with a high degree of integrity.
