任职资格：

· 建筑学或相关专业本科及以上学历；国内重点大学毕业或有海外工作、学习背景优先考虑；

· 两年以上国内或国外工作经验；有商业地产、旅游地产或养老地产类项目设计经验优先考虑；

· 具备偏扩初后期的能力；

· 熟练使用各种专业绘图软件及办公自动化设备；

· 富有想象创造力、工作积极主动、细致认真、有责任心、有上进心、学习意识强；

· 良好的沟通能力与协调能力，敬业，有团队精神；

Requirements:

· Architecture major (or similar) with bachelor degree or above. Prefrence for those who graduated from top universities with work experience abroad.

· At least 2 years work experience in China or abroad. Prefrence for those with project working experience on retail, tourism and elderly residential developments.

· Professionalism in architectural design, e.g. design development, modeling and drafting.

· Mastery of design industry software packages.

· Imaginative; active to work; paying great attention to details; strong sense of responsibility; strong ambition to learn and improve.

· Good command of communication and collaboration; work well with the team.
