Main Purpose:
Handle and deliver projects with the agreed margin, delivery time and quality.
Provide technical support, Overall responsibility for order and communication to customer and order execution follow up
Keep and improve good relations to the customers.
Key Tasks:
? Make quotation and deviation lists according to the technical specification, Clarify the uncertain items with sales and customer.
? Manage handover meeting with sales and BU, kick off meeting with E&S engineer and sales, make project planning accordingly, use PSR, Promis if needed.
? Prepare drawings (including P&ID, GA drawing & electrical drawings) from share/MDPC. Customized drawing for project, check the drawing and secure project drawing delivered as per specification; Clarify comments from customer and sales.
? Control the project cost and secure the margin.
? Make sure the workshop is following the specification and requirements from customer and control the modules quality. Report on quality issue and setup/implement preventive action for order execution process.
? Attend the FAT in workshop to make sure the test result is satisfied.
? Delivery follow up, Handover documents to service department and sales.
? Secure and improve customer satisfaction;
? Establish good communication with BU, sales, customer and supplier.
Requirements:
-Knowledge: Engineer, Experience in oil &Gas engineering is preferred.
-Skills: Communication skills. Written and spoken English fluently. Project engineering experience. Insight into specific application / industry.
-Attitude: Is committed to deliver the agreed projects results. Has authority and is structured. Can establish and keep relationships with customers based on trust, respect, and understanding of their needs. Has some cultural awareness.
-Motivation: Has a drive and can commit other people.
