岗位职责
1.负责所辖区域的客户维护管理,客户信息的搜集;
2.与客户进行沟通,及时掌握客户需要,了解客户状态;
3.定期拜访客户,挖掘客户需求,实现二次开发销售;
4.定期对客户档案进行分析、整理,提供销售分析数据;
5.接受客户投诉,妥善解决问题;
6.参与合同的谈判与签订。

任职资格
1.专科及以上学历,市场营销等相关专业;
2.2年以上销售行业工作经验,有客户经理工作经历者优先;
3.性格外向,具有较强的沟通能力和语言表达能力,较强的公关能力、应变能力和谈判能力;
4.具备良好的客户服务意识,良好的品牌及营销策划能力;
5.能够承担一定工作压力,具有团队合作精神;
6.英文熟练。

Key Results Areas and Key Tasks:
§ Manage and retain portfolio of clients and up to a value of a set monthly amount, ensuring you have an in-depth understanding of clients status including usage, billing and contract renewal.
§ Building strong relationships through regular contact account management: face to face meetings, on-line meetings, telephone and email communication.
§ You will effectively interact with other departments including the sales team when handling Marketing/sales campaign.
§ Project managing campaigns; developing timetables and setting deadlines for clients.
§ Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports to each client and establish individual requirements.
§ Ensure account plans for each client are updated ongoing with all current and relevant information concerning the client.
Actively seeking to increase the services offered to your clients and increase the revenue generated in conjunction with the cross-sell and up-sell scheme to targets.

§ Meet required training and development initiatives
Managing and retain portfolio set KPI of clients, achieve the value (set in your KPI) with the set billing rates monthly, ensuring you have an in-depth understanding of clients status including usage, billing and contract renewal

Core Skills:
Minimum 3-6 years of proven enterprise account management experience, preferably selling technology products/services to large enterprises or experience working with conferencing providers
§ Consultative and solution, integrated selling skills.
§ Strong organizational skills required and proven track record of managing multiple accounts in a dispersed geography/territory
§ Proven and quantifiable successful sales track record
A pro-active self-starter who can also operate as part of a team.
§ Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
§ High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to C-level executives
§ Ability to lead a project
§ Ability to forecast and analyze results and explain any variance from targets
Good Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and word
