This is an international Architecture and Interior design firm from America with additional offices in Shanghai and Abu Dhabi. They are focusing on various projects including high-rise office, hotel, mixed-use projects and so on. Currently, they are hiring for a talented Architect with a key interest in Hotel / luxury retail projects, to join their growing team in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing design concepts in the production of architectural documentation, from schematic design through construction administration
• Leading project teams, coordinating activities with consultants, and handling building code analysis, submittal reviews, construction administration representation, and project closeout
• Work closely with the senior project designer on each assignment to assure that the design intent is achieved in the completed project
• Participation in all phases of the architectural design and documentation process

Requirement:

• 5 - 10 years of professional experience
• Degree or Diploma in Architectural Design, Interior Design or related disciplines
• Strong technical skills, design and graphic presentation skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D rendering programs and Adobe programs, and BIM/Revit experience is a plus
• BIM/Revit, Rhino, Ecotect and 3D printing knowledge are highly desired
• Experienced in large, commercial mixed-use projects
• Good communication (English & Chinese), leadership and management skills are essential
• Previous experience with high-rise office / hotel / residential / mixed-use projects
• Licensure and LEED accreditation are preferred
