职位描述：
1.Establishment of production test process and
maintenance of test equipment.
建立产品生产测试流程，负责设备的日常维护
2. Testing technical problem’s tracking and solving, potential risk identification and prevention and good technical revision control.
测试技术问题的跟踪解决,潜在风险预防和良好的测试技术变更的版本控制
3. Test engineering task’s independent equipment qualification and production line implementation with moderate routine method under minimal supervision.
独立完成测试工程任务的设备验证和生产实施
4.Continuous improvement for testing quality and Efficiency by means of implementation of Measurement System Analysis
实行测量系统分析，保证测试质量和效率的持续改善
5. Production application of Testers’ Overall Efficiency Effectiveness, Quality Statistics methods, Total Production Maintenance and Lean Manufacturing Concept;
精益生产，全面预防维护TPM， 测试设备效率OEE理念和质量统计工具的实际运用
6. Support Technical Confirmation on Component and Products’ Defect and None-Defined-Failure Products’ analysis from Customer Site.
支持元件和缺陷产品的技术确认
7. Programming and Developing of test solutions for new engineering project
新测试工程项目的编程和开发实施
岗位职责

1. To be responsible for installation, debugging and acceptance of new test equipment.
负责新设备的安装，调试和验收
2. To be responsible for writing and modifying test program and process when necessary
测试程序和测试流程的起草升级
3. To maintain test equipment running smoothly and solve problems concerning test process to support production meet quality target.
维护设备正常运转，解决测试相关问题，支持生产完成质量目标
4. To draft work instructions, conduct trainings for technicians and operators.
起草发行测试文件，培训测试员工和技术员
5. To be responsible for development of the test process to reduce test cycle time
改进测试工艺，降低测试时间
6. To contact with outsourcing suppliers and control on their service quality on tester’s and fixtures’ development.
联系供应商，保证测试机器和夹具的服务质量
7. To give accurate control on test equipment and spare part for leading specific project;
准确控制负责项目的测试设备和备件
8． No customer quality complaint due testing mistake
避免客户在测试质量方面的投诉
9. Programming and Developing of test solutions for new engineering project
新测试工程项目的编程和开发实施
任职要求

1. BSc. above in major of Electronics Engineering, Tele-Communication, Computer Science, or Automation, Control-Engineering
电子工程，通信，计算机，自动化,控制工程等专业本科以上学历。
2. At least 4 years above experience in production test engineering in Electronics manufacturing industry, like consuming, automobile, industrial control; or 2 years above test equipment integration and test program developing experience in design house, or new product introduction debugging experience in new project.
至少四年以上消费类或者汽车电子类，工业控制类电子产品工厂生产环境中的测试工程师经验， 或者二年以上的自动化测试设备开发经历和新产品投产调试经验。
3. Familiar with at least one of below programming language in manufacturing test methodology: NI Labview&TestStand, C++ HP VEE and VB language, etc. and some database experience
掌握以下一种编程语言:NI LabView & TestStand, C++,VB,和数据库使用经验.
4. Has strong automatic measurement system application knowledge, kwon well three of below test process: Flying Probe test, In-Circuit Test (ICT, Teradyne or Agilent), Functional test ,Hi-Pot test and product reliability test.
具备较强的自动测试系统应用经验,熟悉以下三种测试工艺：飞针测试，ICT测试， 功能测试，高压测试和产品可靠性测试。
5. Fluent technical English communication in oral and written.
流利的英语技术交流和技术文件阅读能力
