Job Purpose
? Responsible for administering all aspects of the accounting function including the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports timely
? Issue invoice and handle the invoice verification on a regular basis.
? Responsible for internal and external audit and ensure clean opinion
? Be responsible for managing local admin job.
? Contact window for local government department include AIC, Tax authority and others.
? Safe-keeping financial documents and company certificates.

Key Responsibilities
? Manage local accounting functions include monthly bookkeeping and reporting.
? Handle bank payments for Beijing and other 3 branches.
? To manger AP and AR, clear the outstanding items monthly
? Prepare financial reports daily, weekly and monthly based on the requirement
? Issue invoice for Beijing and other 3 branches based on the requirement.
? Liaise with financial manager to deal with internal and external audit requirements ensuring all statutory obligations are met
? Liaise with local government department include AIC, Tax authority and others
? In charge of local admin
? Other jobs and tasks as financial manager assigned.

Experience Required
? Good knowledge of accounting and taxation, 3-5 years relative experience are required.
? Accounting firm/consultant experience is prefer.
? Good experience of accounting software and Microsoft Office.
? A degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
? Be organized, detail oriented and have clear mind and great responsibilities
? Team orientated and with excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
? Good communication skill
