Job Description
Oracle is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join its development center in Beijing to drive Product Management for localization developed for Oracle’s CX Cloud Products in Asia Pacific .
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap and requirements for the product localization you are responsible for, so as to increase the Oracle Cloud footprint in the Asia Pacific region.
You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company, and be comfortable working with a cross-functional team that spans multiple time zones and geographic regions. You will work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements. You will work with different stakeholders to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer. You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Localization roadmap definition, planning and execution: Ensure consistent execution of product localization lifecycle processes from concept to launch. Provide value-based prioritization of product development initiatives to ensure maximum ROI and market-driven alignment. Deliver world-class innovation in features, usability and product performance in a consistent cadence of releases. Manage a cross-functional process for prioritizing, delivering and launching major product releases. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your product.
2. Localization requirements definition and functional solution design: Develop comprehensive product plans, incorporating market requirements, define the competitive landscape, and establish the objectives, strategies, and actions required to achieve business goals. Conduct functional solution design. Work with Engineering and Release Management to effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product release to deliver key capabilities as planned. Write user stories to communicate customer needs in an Agile development environment.
3. Localization product Roll-out : Create and execute go-to-market plans for new features. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimization opportunities. Partner closely with the Asia Pacific Sales and Business Development organizations to drive adoption and ensure processes for on boarding that are easy and intuitive. Support key deals or customers on the localizations released .

Requirements
? Bachelor's degree, with a keen interest and knowledge in SaaS CRM
? 5 years+ work experience in CRM product design/development or consulting implementation
? Familiar with at least one CRM product (Oracle Sales Cloud / Salesforce / Siebel / Dynamic CRM...). Good at competitive analysis with other CRM products
? Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
? Strong communication (verbal and written) in English, with the ability to create user story and functional solution and present complex information clearly and concisely.
? Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements, features and drive management of product.
? A team player who is able to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
? A great deal of personal initiative, creativity and decisiveness, with a willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
