The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver HR contribution to the business objectives as a dedicated Senior HR professional, in the development, implementation and administration of HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives. This position will be supporting China, Taiwan, and Hongkong.

Responsibilities:
1. Recruits through placement of job openings, conducting job interviews, monitor recruitment targets – time to accept, to ensure open position is filled in a targeted period.
2. Drives annual Training Needs Analysis to address individual training needs. Develop company Master Training Plan. Administers approved training applications/ agreements/ bonds. Develop & implement training deployment process.
3. Coach/facilitate internal courses for business managers.
4. Leads Maxim’s Performance management (Focal Review) program in Greater China, to ensure the quality and the completion by stipulated deadline.
5. Leads Employee Survey rolling out, administration, and support business managers on the communication & action plans completion.
6. Proposes new hires offers to ensure internal and external equity. Participates in compensation and benefits surveys as per corporate direction.
7. Supports HR Manager in annual Profit Planning process in headcount and manpower cost forecasting.
8. Provide input to processes to improve HR operational excellence.
9. Partner with business leaders to review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee performance, retention, and employee engagement in support of business objectives.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
2. 3-5 years HR Generalist experience, or experience in recruitment or training in multinational company.
3. Strong Presentation & facilitation skills.
4. Superior interpersonal communication skills.
5. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and make decisions independently as well as the ability to know when to ask for help.
6. Solid understanding of business metrics. Strong PC experience including Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Good English language skills.
