职位描述：
岗位职责：
- 按照呼叫中心管理流程和规范为客户提供远程技术支持与返修服务；
- 接听客户电话，解答客户咨询，解决客户问题；
- 对未解决客户问题进行跟踪、上报、协调相关人员予以解决；
- 妥善处理客户投诉，提高客户满意度；
- 按照相应流程，对客户进行回访、调研、满意度调查等；
- 收集整理客户资料，按时完成相关信息记录及报告；

任职要求：
- 专科以上学历，计算机、电子、通讯等相关专业；
- 2年以上呼叫中心及计算机、通讯行业客户支持相关工作经验；
- 熟悉CRM系统，有音视频通讯领域工作经验者优先；
- 能够与同事及客户建立良好有效的关系；
- 良好的普通话、英语沟通及工作能力良好的学习能力及意愿；
