Purpose of Job 职位概要：
The position directs the creation, growth, value engineering and outgoing quality of commercial gas boilers & controls, and guides projects to develop technology for the next generation of high efficiency, environment friendly, reliable and cost –effective boiler system. Condensing Boiler project management, as interface between customer and internal team.

Major Responsibility and Authority 主要职责：
1. Service as the Company’s technical leader for commercial gas boiler & controls which will involve commercial boiler combustion technologies, operating and safety control electronics, and boiler installation codes and standards.
2. Gathers relative intelligence on the voice of the customer, new technologies, and the applicable codes and standards associated with commercial boilers in the China Market.
3. Provides technical leadership for the identification, articulation and approval gathering of product strategies, product roadmaps and value engineering strategies consistent with the company’s overall strategies and objectives.
4. Leads company efforts to balance the feature, cost, delivery issues as required to create competitive Beckett offering for the assignment.
5. Crates estimates for project labor, burden, material and tooling that, when combined with the sales forecasts from the product manager, enable a business plan review of proposed projects by management
6. Interacts and coordinates multinationals resources across multiple companies to deliver and exceed corporate objectives.
7. Plans, distributes, coordinates, and monitors work assignments of team members.

Qualifications, Education and Work Experience 任职资格：
1. Over 10 years working experiences in product management and in relevant industry;
2. 5 years+ experience in boiler/combustion industry is a must;
3. 2 years+ in condensing boiler design or industrial boiler application experience is a plus;
4. 3 years in supervisory & leadership role;
5. Has more than 3 years of project management experiences;
6. Preferred Education: 4-year college degree of thermal energy, combustion or related major;
7. Good English-speaking and reading skills; oversea learning and living background is preferred.
