职位描述：
Main responsibilities：

-Promotion of the Company
-Market analysis
-Identification of targets
-Identification and strategic analysis of business context
-Looking for potential partners
-Collection of strategic information before and during tender phase
-Developing strong and professional relationship towards the Clients and the Decision-makers
-Commercial Support of the technical activities of the Proposals Managers, and Engineering Department Managers

Requirement:

- Bachelor Degree or above
- 10 years of professional BD or Marketing experience in a related field：water treatment industry
- Experience in negotiating big contracts with industry clients
- Have experience worked with official client
- Good organization and communication skill
- Mature, independent, team-player, hard-working
- Fluent in Chinese, English (eventually French but not a requirement)
