职位描述：
Major responsibilities:
1> Definition of quality targets and support of test planning within product development projects
- Ensure that at the project start the specifications are explicit and SMART
- Secure cross functional comprehension and communication
- Perform along the project a target performance comparison
- Assure a smooth transfer to the industrial quality
2> Support and contribute to product development teams according PCP and moderate with Q relevant methods (e.g. lessons learned, FMEA, Risk Management), Q-release of products/manufacturing based on test results and full compliance of all developed products to relevant norms, standards and legal directives ((CE, CCC, Reach, RoHS, …)
3> Ongoing Quality sensing: structuring / collecting customer feedback and provide input back to relevant entities
4> Consolidate learnings from previous / similar projects and relevant complaints, perform structured root cause analysis, feedback issue resolution measures back to entity which cause the issue incl. ongoing review measures,Bring inputs for the guidelines from project works, claim analysis and customer feedbacks
5> Support for claims, in case of engineering activities are required, handling and definition/support of mitigations actions
6> Support quality reporting and report quality KPIs
7> Secure process adherence and continuous improvement
8> Support of Engineering change management projects and product line extensions

Requirements:
- Electronical or mechanical engineer or equivalent background with a strong sense for quality
- Knowledge and expertise of quality tools / Six Sigma or equivalent
- Sound IT Systems and Tools Know How
- Fluent in English
- Strong Teamwork Capabilities (people management)
- Organizational and functional comprehension
- Analytical thinking and structured way of working
- Pro-active and achievement oriented
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
