职位描述：
Responsibilities:

-Coordinate showroom daily operation including regisration , lead visitor tour, feedback management and reports.
-Manage showroom renew projects, schedules and track timelines, milestones and deliverables accordingly to project plan
-Plan and manage program/project scope, risk management and budget to deliver against tactical and strategic data network goals and objectives
-Provide regular program/project communications including status updates, progress status and key performance indicators to management and stakeholders to provide visibility on project health status and quality
-Liaise with team members and multiple third-party vendors to communicate and deliver projects meeting the client’s evolving technology requirements
-Manage end to end root-cause analysis, cost-benefit analysis and new business impact analysis related to assignments
-Manage change processes and user acceptance testing efforts including applying robust quality planning, risk management and stakeholder management with the goal of zero to minimal impact to the business
-Lead and manage training and communications requirements related to the program/project across all impacted functions
-Ensure communication transparency to key program stakeholders, sponsor and champion

Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years related experience in project management or service delivery or customer-facing experience
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
-Strong presentation skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Organized, detail oriented, and resourceful
-Fluent in English and Chinese for both verbal and written communication
-Strong project financial management skills including budget approvals, expenses tracking, invoice processing, etc.
-Excellent motivated and passionate self-starter comfortable with multitasking in a fast-pace diverse environments and able to deliver business outcomes working as part of a virtual team
