Job Description
?Provide all secretarial support to Managing Director, MSLGROUP China: Calendar management, travel booking, correspondence, scheduling, expense handling, meeting management and support, translation etc.
?Office admin support and staff activities arrangement: annual meeting, senior meeting, and other staff activities
?Manage Internal &External communication:, coordinate among the executive level
?Administration function support
?Perform other duties assigned by Managing Director
 
Desired Skills and Experience
?University Degree; Minimum 3 years related experiences in a multinational company
Fluent in both oral and written English
?Strong communication and interpersonal skills
?Excellent PowerPoint skills; Proficiency in MS office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
?Proactive, self-motivated, flexible and responsibility
?Attention to details
?Ability to deliver on deadline
