1. Organize and support department meeting, training and group activities. Manage logistical details including meeting room and other facilities; coordinate the printing of meeting/training materials as needed; ensure training sign-in-off can be well tracked.
2. Prepare on-board package for new GCO staff.
3. Assist to for Flexible Resource management, ie WWID application/termination, data correction in JJEDS as applicable.
4. Support in terminaiton process for the leaving staff.
5. Ensure all RTT data in good time.
6. Update department organization chart timely. ? Meeting and Training Support
7. Serve as Beacon Administrator. ? HR Support
8. Responsible for the payment related to department activities.
9. Non trial payment and accrual. ? Beacon Compliance Coordination
10. Update Department Contact List and name list timely.
11. Help to VISA application for non management staff.
12. Communicate with internal? Finance Coordination
