职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Set up and maintain the quality control system regarding the manufacturing.
生产制造相关部分的质量体系的建立和维护
2. Define the QCP (quality control plan), inspection and test reports regarding manufacturing to meet the customer's requirements fully, and verify the final reports according to customer requirements and related standards.
将客户的质量要求转换为生产制造的质量计划、检验表单等；并根据客户要求以及相关标准核对质量报告。
3. Ensure the quality requirements are in place of the manufacturing and process (including the subcontracting process), train the involved operators and inspectors.
确保生产制造以及工艺过程（含外协工艺）中质量要求的明确到位，培训相关的操作人员和检验员。
4. Internal audit for the management system regarding the quality part of the manufacturing.
管理体系和生产制造相关的质量要求的内审工作。
5. Initiates corrective action for procedural, product, or process deficiencies. Analyzes reports and returned products and recommends corrective action and preventive action, using the QC tool and reports, specially to the mass NC. 对程序、产品或流程的缺陷开展原因分析，对不符合项采取纠正措施。分析质量报告和有关产品质量事故，尤其是批量质量问题，开展纠正预防措施工作以及使用相关的质量报告以及工具。
6. Learn, operate, develop, implement, train and oversee all test instruments , such as hydraulic test station, vibration test, microscopy, metallurgical analysis, simple chemical analysis, mechanical properties characterization, hardness measurement, testing of assemblies (HAGC, Bending blocks, AWC Compactors, Shears, gear boxes) etc.
Conduct the external labs activities, such as participant the Lab qualification process, sample delivery, internal communication for detailed requirements to external Lab, obtaining the reports and archive.
学习、操作、落实、提高、培训有关内部的检测和测试设备，如液压测试站、振动测试、金相分析、简单化学测试、机械性能测试、硬度检测等各类质量测试设备以及分析结果等等。负责进行外部检测， 比如参与外部实验室的合格供方评审流程，交付试样给实验室，同内部相关部门沟通具体的检测要求并向外部实验室交底，联系并接收报告并根据规定分发存放。
7. Handle the customer complaint.
处理客户投诉。

Job Requirement:
3+years of metallurgical/material quality related working experience, make the quality control planning for welding, machining, hydraulic and assembly , drive the qualification process of First part inspection, strong ablity in process driven. Problem sovling and analytical skills.
三年以上质量控制的工作经验，了解焊接、机械加工、液压以及装配等生产过程中的质量控制的策划，首件确认，善于推动过程控制，解决和分析问题的能力。重工业或者汽车工业生产和质量工作
