职位描述：
Job description
Lease administration is the function within expansion department which works as a link between stores and landlord shopping center management team.
This position is to make sure all contractual rights are fulfilled according to lease agreement in order to facilitate all stores good operation condition.
We will support the candidate with training to obtain good knowledge of lease agreement and good communication skill, while at same time to develop problem solving and time management skill.

Main Responsibilities:
Lease agreement administration
? Ensure fulfillment of contractual right according to lease agreement
? Rent budgeting and follow up
? Facilitate other departments with necessary lease agreement related information
? Occasionally responsible of supplementary agreement signing with landlord for existing stores
Communication with Landlord
? Support accounting department in terms of yearly turnover report distribution
? On top of landlord related facility issues, coordinate with Area Facility Managers
? Support marketing team for H&M events and other campaign taking place with shopping center where has store in
? Work as a link between all departments inside HM and shopping mall management team
? Landlord information list yearly update
Other expansion related tasks
? Landlord yearly evaluation report
? Lease contract related costs monitoring
