Job Title: Business development manager for China and Taiwan Cloud and enterprise market
(Sr. Manager title can be provided for this opening)
Location: Shanghai, China
Description:
company is seeking a well-rounded marketing professional to significantly enhance the profile of company’s Memory interface division (MID) with Cloud service providers (CSP), OEMs and ODMs in China and Taiwan market. As memory eco-system for servers is transforming from rigid standards based solutions to more customized solutions that suit CSP and OEM workloads, we are seeking an individual who has good understanding of the drivers that are contributing to this transformation. Familiarity with business drivers, ecosystem players and emerging server/data center architectures is a must. In summary, the success criteria is primarily to securing design wins for company’s server components, as well as custom solutions with key direct and indirect customers.
Responsibilities:
? Perform top-down and bottom-up market analyses on China and Taiwan CSP/OEM/ODM market and identify key trends and drivers.
? Key interface tocompany China and Taiwan sales to provide guidance on CSP, OEM and ODM engagements and drive regular roadmap and 1st level technical discussions on current and NPI products.
? Product definition for interface and power products targeted to China and Taiwan cloud, OEM and ODM products
? Define content justification to gain management approval on NPI opportunities.
? Influence x-functional team with customer feature requirements, develop clear marketing requirements document (MRD) and product requirements document (PRD)
? Develop business plans to forecast and drive increases of design-wins and net revenue for MID in China and Taiwan markets.
? Influence standards activity related to memory interface products
? Generate market communication materials in local language: sales and marketing promotional collateral and training collateral, including ad copy, press releases, articles, brochures and other print pieces, and PowerPoint presentations

Qualifications Requirements:
? 7+ years of experience with China and Taiwan cloud and enterprise server market.
? 5+ years of experience in marketing, applications or system architecture specific to server and storage equipment
? Semiconductor experience strongly desired but not a requirement for the right candidate
? Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with customers, sales force, peers and management
? Strong analytical and business skills
? Fluency in Mandarin


Education and Experience:
? BSEE or equivalent required, MBA desirable
