职位描述：
KEY TASKS / ACCOUNTABILITIES：

Primary Responsibility
- Establish and manage contracts/supplier agreements
- Generate, update and review Strategies
- Investigate, quantify and manage risk in the supply base
- Research, locate, audit and introduce new capable sources
- Maintain purchasing data integrity in the Oracle database
- Rationalise and optimise the supply base
- Manage the relationship between external suppliers and internal customers
- Initiate and lead projects, through use of Sourcing or development processes
- Generate management reports
- Improve processes and the utilisation of systems / tools
- Develop a list of preferred suppliers and publish to Application team
- Survey, report and improve compliance to Domino Standard within Domino Supplier Base

Secondary Responsibilities
- Increase profitability through PPV generation, IPV reduction, cost avoidance, product cost reduction, inventory reduction
- Update PPV and Product Cost Trackers
- Managing indirect contracts
- Manage engineering change (ECOs, TCNs, PCNs) effectively through use of Agile and Oracle ECOs and TCNs
- Manage obsolescence in the supply chain to ensure line continuity
- Supporting other functions of the company with regard to activities that involve the supply base (I.e. Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering. Finance, Supplier Quality, Material Control, Research and Design, Group Sourcing, Applications, Administration etc)
- Fixed Asset and expandable purchasing

PERSON SPECIFICATION：

EDUCATION & TRAINING
- Preferably Degree Qualified or similar qualification?

EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE
- Broad experience in Supply Chain (Purchasing), ideally within in a manufacturing environment
- Experience of supplier and risk management techniques
- Working in a flexible team environment
- Delivering supplier performance improvement
- Business Systems including ERP/MRP and Document/Knowledge Management systems
- Competent and proven negotiator
- Knowledge and experience of ISO9001, 14001, 18001 legislation
- Knowledge or Corporate Social Responsibility or SA8000

SKILLS
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Influencing and negotiation skills at all levels
- Basic understanding of Contract Law and Standard Terms and Conditions
- Individual and Team problem solving skills
- An understanding of current purchasing practices and techniques
- Understanding of accountancy techniques including standard costing / budgeting
