1、Strengthening of sales activities in the respective markets of partner and sales agencies through service, promotion and establishment of personal contacts with key accounts
2、New account development
3、Ensuring the flow of information between ROBINSON Club Maldives, the Travel Agents and OTA’s is delivered, understood and applied
4、Increase revenue by optimizing capacity utilization
5、Activation of non performing travel agents
6、Update the sales information system
7、MICE development, niche segments like Golf, Fashion, Sports, etc.
8、Budget compliance
9、Organize and preparing attendance of fairs of ROBINSON Club Maldives as exhibitor
10、Attendance of fairs, networking events, road shows and FAM trips
11、Competitor monitoring
12、Build up and monitor social media activities in China for ROBINSON Club Maldives
