职位描述：
1. 参与 “有盐” 系列软件产品的系统分析, 详细设计;
2. 按照版本计划完成保质保量完成版本迭代开发任务;
3. 负责 “有盐” 系列软件产品系统后台服务的编码和自测试工作;
4. 部分参与 “有盐” 系列软件产品 Web ( H5) 页面的开发工作;
5. 负责 “有盐” 系列软件产品的安全维护, 从中间件选型, 代码等角度全面提升系统安全, 抵御黑客和病毒攻击;
6. 编制 “有盐” 系列软件后台数据字典与 API 接口规范, 为前端和 App 开发提供技术支持;
7. 定期对公司后台相关代码进行优化维护, 确保代码, 数据库等资源的备份, 安全;
8. 及时反馈公司软件系统中可能存在的潜在问题, 针对这些问题提供解决建议;
9. 不断学习, 提升自身的技术水平;
10. 每周末和月末总结工作内容并计划下周和下月的工作重点工作.
职位要求：1. 精通Php, Java 或 Golang 至少一门后台开发语言, 适当了解其他开发语言;
2. 两年以上后台服务开发经验, 熟悉基本的 Web 开发框架, Restful 接口风格;
3. 熟悉 SQL 语言, 熟练使用 mysql 数据库, 在完成基本的增删改查的基础上能够找到现有数据结构问题, 对数据库进行调优;
4. 熟悉 Redis 缓存机制, 了解 NoSQL;
5. 熟悉包括IDE, Git, Apache/Nginx 等基本的开发工具使用.
6. 有强烈的事业心与责任心, 具备创业精神和团队合作精神;
7. 具备基本的职业操守, 针对工作中所接触到的公司, 商户以及用户的敏感信息, 商业数据坚守秘密, 对于这些数据和信息不私自修改;
