2、 接听客户来电，处理咨询、投诉等解答客户所有相关业务问题
3、 协助学员成功购买课程能即使发现来电客户的需求即意见，并记录整理及汇报
4、 能即使发现来电客户的需求及意见，并记录整理及汇报。
【任职资格】
1、 中专及以上学历
2、 打字速度40字/分钟以上
3、 普通话标准
4、 有良好的沟通协调及处理问题的能力
