Sales AssistantJob Description

1. To work out the worksheet according to request as per contract information

根据销售合同的要求制定出工作表

2. To input the database in Kingdee system

会使用金蝶软件，并将销售数据录入到金蝶系统中

3. Sales support to Sales & Marketing Leader

协助销售部经理或市场部经理的相关工

4. Sales-oriented Voucher forwarding

销售票据相关的报销流程

5. Externally coordinating with financing section and production section

与财务部和生产部的沟通协作工作

6. Daily contact with customer for final payment checking

销售尾款的跟踪，以及最终付款的日常沟通工作

7. other task assigned (e.g.: support sales people for seminar, fairs and so on.)

其他相关工作（例如：协助销售人员举办研讨会、参加展会等。）

Requirements

1. Junior college degree, more than one years of relevant working experience will be an advantage
2. Responsible attitude, learning ability, self motivation, honesty, ambition and team working spirit are extremely required
3. Excellent skill on Excel, PPT, Word and Office software
4. easy-going and good personality
5. proficiency of English
