Responsibilities:

? Work closely with sales team to align sales team goals to naked Hub corporate goals.
?？ Support Director of Finance to drive top-line performance with focus on occupancy, quality of revenue (QoR) and revenue per available seat.
?？ Own weekly sales update for sales directors and senior management.
?？ Support Sales Directors with analytics to manage their individual team performance.
?？ Analyze and suggest opportunities to improve top-line performance looking at under-utilized spaces, under-performing hubs etc.
?？ Report actual results versus plan, including variance analysis insights
?？ Ensure all business process, financial policy and procedures are in compliance with legal requirements, accounting principles and corporate governance.

Requirements:

? Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
? SQL or Analytics engine rock star with 2+ years’ experience working in large data sets.
? Minimum 5 years of working experience in financial analysis and forecasting.
? Familiar with China business environment, practice and regulations, Asia experience will be an advantage. Candidates with hospitality, shared office background will be highly preferred.
? Strong analytical abilities with sharp attention to detail a must.
? Excellent analytical skills, the ability to perform complex financial analyses and modeling.
? Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
? Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
? Good team working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team
? Flexible and able to embrace and respond to change effectively
? Ability to work independently and has good initiative under dynamic environment
? Self motivated and energetic.
? Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office.
